The Lakeland Police Department will be holding a Women In Law Enforcement Panel & Career Fair on March 7, 2023.
The event will take place in the Community Room at the Lakeland Police Station, 219 North Massachusetts Avenue in Lakeland. At 6:00 p.m., there will be a panel discussion with some of our female officers who will share their personal experiences while serving in law enforcement and answer any questions from guests. Recruiters and human resource professionals will also be on hand at both events to answer questions about the hiring process, benefits, academy sponsorships, training, and more!
