We've gotten a lot of questions about Florida's new concealed carry law that started on July 1st.
Any Florida gun owner should familiarize themselves with the state's laws regarding firearms which is explained in Chapter 790 of the Florida State Statutes. Among the sections that pertain most to concealed carry are 790.06 and 790.23.
